“I sent Kindle Publishers, Inc. for $999.00 for reprint and promotion of my book and can't even find them on the internet anymore. This company seems to be a scam and I don't like losing $999.00 without any results. This has been over two months!”

“My task was to publish an update of an existing textbook I had previously published using a local publisher. The book is 280 pages with hundreds of carefully placed graphics created with InDesign and exported to PDF format. I needed guidance to quickly navigate the intricacies of KDP. Kindle Publishers Inc. sounded good and checked all the boxes for me when I researched them.
I purchased their services (up front -- buyer beware). Submitted my pdf. Contacted them several times with directions for what I needed from them.
To my horror after several weeks, they sent me a word document of the first 50 pages of my book completely reformatted text, graphics mangled, with automatic editing suggestions. Nothing I said could persuade them that this was not what I wanted. They simply wouldn't listen, claiming that I would be very happy with the finished product. Since I had submitted a near finished product in the first place that I did not want to see torn up, I decided to cancel this service and requested a refund.
Of course, refunds come from another department with their own set of hassles. I eventually received 30% of what I paid. I was out the money, which I consider the cost of an education. More importantly, i lost about 5 weeks and had to scramble to meet a deadline.
I would not recommend this company. To be fair, they have a process. They will take your draft book in Word format, run it through their software editor and upload it to kdp for you. If you need anything beyond that, I think you should look elsewhere.”
“This review is about my experience with Kindle Publishers Inc, which I hired to write me a Wikipedia page. After I paid the $500 deposit, their notability report said that I was not eligible for a Wikipedia page so they were not able to fulfill the service.
Kindle Publishers Inc. provides a money-back guarantee for their services, but they do not honor it. When I asked for a refund, they first said they would, but ultimately refused. I hired them in good faith and instead of refunding my money, they dodged responsibility by blaming me for changing my mind due to “mood swings.”
This is unacceptable behavior that should not be tolerated in any professional setting. It speaks volumes of how low their customer service standards are.
In conclusion, I strongly advise you against doing business with Kindle Publishers Inc. unless you're willing to risk having your hard-earned money taken away without any service rendered. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any case!”
