The number on their site is out of service and they continue to offer the same delivery slot over and over again.”
“Horrendous customer care. Ordered goods on 12th July and still not been delivered. Impossible to contact them by telephone as the number on their website is not in use. Only able to contact them and received the same message each time; we are working on your order and will be in touch asap. I have now had to cancel tradesmen 3 times as I have not received delivery of goods and can't get a definite delivery date”
“Why can't this company just delivery your item, Ordered from COSTCO online had to wait a week for the delivery slot and guess what they never showed up after taking the day off, WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD, and to top it off you can not talk to them on the phone, neither can costco, that has to tell you something. If ordering from costco call them and ask for another delivery company. Would give zero stars if google would of allowed me.”
“Horrendous customer care. Be very careful when booking in deliveries on the website they often only send 1 man, despite paying and choosing the 2 man option. They send a 1 man courier for a 2 man job and severely damage items of furniture.
They will deny all responsibility for damages and accuse the source pickup point despite the fact that the items are quality controlled before collection.
We have had a number of damages when using Kinetoic for collection, We have changed to a different courier collecting from the same place and not had once since. Will not use them again.”
