“Jessie, who I believe is the owner of King's, is the most rude and condescending person I have ever encountered. While King's completed the cleaning of the exterior windows of my house and promptly received payment from me via EMT, Jessie was unable locate a verification email confirming payment and rather than having an "adult" conversation with me, he had the nerve to accuse me of not sending through payment properly and not knowing how to check whether my EMT has gone through. This is the first time I have sent an EMT. Jessie proceeded to text me back that EMT was found, after I sent through the confirmation via a screenshot. He did not apologize for the accusation but advised that he will pass on doing the interior of the house. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Jessie was completely unprofessional in how he handled this matter.”
