“TPFC has been excellent from the enquiry to the point of completion of our secured loan application. James carefully analysed our circumstances, suggested the most appropriate product and Paul did a very good job of further steps to the point of fund release. “I applied for a loan a week ago, received a phone call from The Personal Finance Centre the same day, they went through various types of loans that might suit me. Called back the next day with the loan best suited for me, explained everything in a clear and understandable way. I was encouraged to ask any questions that I had and was kept informed of every step. The online portal is quick easy to use and saves a lot of phone time. My advisor Gareth was informative and helpful at all times and i felt he really did try to make the process as easy as possible. He phoned when he said he would and spoke in a courteous and respectful way at all times. I would recommend The Personal Finance Centre to anyone considering taking a loan out.”
