“Whilst the ordered product was not delivered (due to Samsung supply chain issues rather than KIT), I have to highly commend the KIT Online team for keeping me abreast with order status updates during the after-sales journey. This was my first time purchasing from KIT Online and the customer service has been great. Will definitely consider buying from the company in the future given their competitive prices and sterling support..!”

“Fantastic service from Kit Online Everytime. Next day delivery and a smooth checkout process. Especially if you set up an account. You can securely save your payment details and the goods arrive the following day. it is super quick and easy. We don't use anyone else now for all our tech requirements. As we now employ people from all over the UK it is a godsend to be able to select different delivery addresses to ship the goods to.”
