“It was very disappointing and frustrating that I sent my daughter's birth certificate to translate because the names were incorrect. They answered me after a while when I emailed them to correct it. In the end, they said: we sent you an editable word document so you can add or change anything you wish.
Seriously!!. You got paid for that. Shame on you”
“I'm an immigration attorney and tend to have the need for document translation frequently. A client used Languex once and told me about how easy it was. I had used some other services in the past, and Languex has seemed to have a quicker turn around at a reasonable cost. I've been using Languex frequently these days and appreciate their service.”
“Please do not use this translation website.
Seriously, DO NOT use this website!
I purchased the translation of a sales contract for a property on part of a client. They sent me a translation where the words "Seller" and "Purchaser" were mixed up. I'm not kidding. Incredulous, I asked them to confirm that they had indeed made a mistake because the alternative was that the contract was all wrong. They confirmed some 24 hours later in an almost giddy message that ended with the phrase "Anything still amiss, please feel free to let us know." I had to immediately order a new translation from another firm, which doubled my costs, and of course, they were absolutely unwilling to issue a refund for the translation they sent me, which they confirmed was a mistake, and ultimately useless to me. So I made a bad impression on my client, they cost me 1,400 USD for a useless document, and were happy to keep the money. Disgraceful.”
