I loved this - she's really excellent and I enjoyed the entire experience. Her knowledge, never mind raw talent, blew me away and left me totally inspired (albeit inadequate next to her!!) I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to delve into oils.

I felt crushed when I discovered that I had been misled by this organization. They managed to take all of my money using deceitful methods. I have been attempting to retrieve my funds for several months now. Despite sending numerous emails to their customer support, I never received a reply. Fortunately, seeking guidance from A I X A L T D . C O M proved to be beneficial as they assisted me in recovering my investment and profit from these untrustworthy individuals.

Any company that employs 'sharp' practices like this one that effectively rob their customers of what they thought they were buying is to be avoided. I bought gift vouchers for two courses as a Christmas present. What do they do immediately after Christmas? Raise their prices, forcing us to pay an additional fee for something I thought I'd already paid for. I won't be a returning customer.

Hi Kester Thanks for your feedback. And please don't worry we'll make sure you can use your vouchers as you intended based on the prices at the time you bought your gift card. I'll be in touch directly to discuss the practicalities. Best wishes Alex

I was quite surprised by 2 factors that I encountered: 1. The videos do not have subtitles or captions. Yes, the content of the class is downloadable in a pdf format and the lecturers speak slowly and clearly, however, it is a feature that is very well spread in any video format and it would be very helpful as the classes are recommended for not native english speakers as well. 2. If I interrupt a video, and go back later to that one, it does not keep the point where I last interrupted, which is also a very common and wide spread feature and I would expect it. Another thing: 3. The texts on the lectures of Andy McIndoe contain a lot of mispelling in the plants' latin name. There are not many texts so I would assume it is not difficult to write them down correctly and also, check them for spelling.

Hi Agota Thanks so much for your review and feedback! We're working on adding subtitles to the videos, and should have this available in the next few months, in the meantime very often the notes include a transcript or you can let us know if you need a transcript. Pausing a video is great feedback - we'll pass that onto our video system team - you're right this should be the case! And finally we'll ask the tutor to check over the notes. Again thank you so much for your feedback. Best wishes Alex

Hi Toni Thanks so much for your feedback, and glad you're enjoying the RHS Level 2 course! Best wishes Alex

The course has given me lots of tips and ideas. It was helpful being able to speak to others in the class about assignments and the feedback from the expert was very inspiring and has given me the confidence to try new things in my own garden.

Hi Helen Thanks so much for your review and feedback! Hope you're seeing an increase in garden wildlife? We'll pass your feedback onto your tutor Andy too - he'll be delighted! Best wishes Alex

Video very helpful, class contribution non existent. Not sure the tutor feedback, while helpful, is extensive enough for the price. For a £90 uplift I expected more.

I did designing small gardens with annie guilfoyle. I was disappointed that she was clearly reading from a script. I think a few real life examples would have added interest. Expensive for what it is and if you're aiming to take rhs level 2 exams there are better providers.

I have downloaded quite a few different courses now, cookery and painting. I have followed all and enjoyed the process. My favourite has been chocolate making and I am now producing masses of chocolates. The videos and assignments are all really good and I have had great feedback from the tutors, even when I have only paid for peer courses. Unfortunately, the other peers in most of the courses were not very chatty and didn't submit assignments or discuss the ones I submitted. I would download more when ones I have interest in pop up.

Hi Judith Thanks for your feedback and review! Brilliant to hear that you've developed your chocolate skills beyond the course - I bet your friends and family are delighted too. Sorry you didn't have a chatty class - we're always looking for ways to encourage class engagement! Best wishes Alex

It is extremely beneficial to have feedback on your own understanding of the topics and to have input on the detail required in an answer. Learning with experts has been a really good experience.

RHS Level 2 course. I have been disappointed with the quality of the online lecture material which could have been presented in a much more engaging and informative way. If we are learning from the Experts we want their experiences, stories and anecdotes around the topic, or maybe a recorded discussion between them. Instead, we have a very dull video reading word for word the text in the lecture notes which we can read ourselves. A number of them were also delivered in a very monotone and frankly boring manner enough to put anyone to sleep.

The website, request for information, prior to, signing up and the actual course content itself was excellent (historic garden restoration) but having selected the expert option, over a month after submitting my first assignment and the others weekly thereafter, I have had zero feedback. I have chased this up twice and have been told I'll get feedback soon but over 2wks later, still waiting. Made worse by the fact that about a week after signing up the course was reduced by about £40 in black Friday sale and this kept being advertised every time I signed into my account!

I have enjoyed all of the lectures and I am learning a great deal. Some of the instructors are much better than others, but all of the information is very valuable.

Very helpful for gardeners. I've found nothing as indepth for U.S. gardeners as these courses are for the UK. I do wish more of the instructors would include a bit more about U.S. growing zones and natives

Hi Pam That's brilliant feedback, thank you! We do have a Perennial Management course which features the New York High Line (and Piet Oudolf), and as an Expert student you can contact your tutor to ask for their advice on planting in your area. But it's great feedback and we'll see what we can do for future courses (look out for us in a garden near you ;-) Alex

I thought she did a great job. My only criticism is that her materials aren’t archival.

Hi Natalie Thanks for your feedback, I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed Rosso's portrait painting course! I'll get in touch directly with you about the archive, but you can watch the videos as many times as you like (and you have access for the life of the course)! Best wishes Alex

I felt the lessons were exceptional! I learned a lot from Rosso! I was disappointed that she actually never sees the work of her students in the peer group. And she only had 2 or 3 students whose work she critiqued ! That was a bummer

Hi Diane Thanks so much for your feedback. Peer level students receive the videos and the online class experience (so all the class can share and feedback on each others' work), but if you upgrade to the Expert option then you'll receive feedback from Rosso on your art work too. Hope that helps, but thanks again for your feedback! Alex
