“I can't purchase any of their plans. The link takes you to a form to have someone call you. It's day two and no one has called yet. I went back on and used the chatbot. The chatbot said a rep will get in contact with me. I immediately received an email from a rep (possible automated) requesting to schedule a call. I scheduled a call back in the next 30 minutes. Again, no one called me. Why do they make it so hard to buy their product? What's wrong with just having a button to sign-up and input your payment info like everyone else does? I'm ready to give up.”
