“Jeremy was extremely helpful during the purchase of my first home. I was very nervous about all of this because I knew nothing about buying a home and the process of obtaining a loan. He eased my anxiety and fears and explained each step in a way I could understand. Jeremy was entirely straightforward and was quite the listener and I didn’t feel as if he pushed me in any specific direction but rather he was completely transparent, which I respected. Not only was he honest and a great service provider, he also gave me access to rates that no other broker or lender could. He was Extremely prompt and professional, yet he still made me feel like I was working with a friend. He will definitely be my first choice for any future purchases in all areas of my desires. “Jermey was extremely knowledgeable in the current mortgage optiins we had to pick from . This is our first home , and we were not aware that we could chose a loan that would Taylor our current financial situation. We are now able to put away more money then we expected. Words can't descibe how happy we were his services and defenitly recommend him to family and friends.”

“This is my second refinance from Jeremy and each time has been seamless! I appreciated all the time and attention Jeremy put into doing all of this for us! Jeremys knowledge and care that he takes to lead you through the entire process was so valuable. “Dealing with Jeremy made the process of obtaining a mortgage extremely easy. Not only did he get me the best below market rate available. Our closing cost and fees were thousands less then his competition. The closing went with out a hitch and most importantly his staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!!!”

“I absolutely loved working with Jeremy! He's one of those straight-shooters, no BS types - which is really appreciated when you're shopping for a home loan & need someone to give it to you straight. He also answered with ease, the million-bajillion questions I bombarded him with. I compared 4-5 local lenders off Google & Yelp and he got me the best rate by far. Even taught me something new that you don't find in the homebuying classes, called the "True Rate" -->It's never, EVER about the note rate.. in fact it's about the note rate + PMI. Someone can have a 3.75% rate, but also .85% FHA PMI so their True Rate is 4.6%. He also kept my Realtor & I ahead of schedule during the home-buying process and we got to close two weeks early. :) Really don't know how people say the homebuying process is stressful, Jeremy made it pretty dang pain-free, even had some laughs along the way. 👌 Thanks, Jeremy!”
