“Perfect score for perfect service. Mum was collected, cremated, death certificate received and ashes returned in 15 days. Kept informed throughout the process. All I had to do was pass on the certificate for cause of death from the doctor and fill in the online form. Recommend you get copies of your loved ones birth and marriage certificates as they pretty much provide all the information you need when the time comes.”

“This was the most affordable cremation I could arrange for my dad, foregoing the cost of a funeral due to financial constraints. Jason and the team were helpful and respectful and there was always prompt communication which was much appreciated. The whole thing was very smooth from beginning to end, except for some glitches in the site where you had to upload a video of you writing your signature to verify identity; I completed the task multiple times but the system would not register that I had done so. Thankfully there was a workaround and there was no additional stress. Would highly recommend this service to anyone who is not in a place to be able to afford or simply wishes to forego the full funeral experience.”
