“The staff are helpful but I must admit these chairs are not the best quality and feel a bit flimsy. When putting the seats onto the base some slotted in with the bolts easily screwed in but a couple of the chairs were extremely difficult as this is Chinese engineering so don't expect precision. I understand Little Tulip are changing these chairs for hopefully a better quality. I ordered 4 but they came with two different drivers one driver one driver brought 3 up to my flat but the second driver left the other one in the lobby of my block, it is lucky it did not disappear. That I was not impressed with however I don't think the shop can be blamed”

Hello Lesley thank you for your feedback. And yes, we changed in July 2023 to Fiberglass only chairs that have added an unsurpassed weighted durability and quality, which at only £50 per chair more, have turned out to be a fabulous investment for both ourselves and our customers. If you would like, we can change your plastic versions for these new ones (for only the cost difference) even though you have had them for a little while.
