“I bought a gift card for the US instead of Europe. I didn't noticed myself, but they did. Before actually sending me the code, they emailed me to ask if I was aware of the fact that I bought one for the US. They changed it into a Europe one for me and made me one happy customer. I love the awareness. Thank you again. Jay”
