“I am delighted with the progress I have made on the course so far. Kate is a wonderful teacher who works closely with me and adapts to my needs. She is a great listener and has created a very comfortable environment for me to practise, which is incredibly important. After only four lessons, I am already seeing significant improvement, and this motivates me to keep going. I am learning excellent techniques that I can apply immediately to my professional life, and each week I learn and practise something new. This course is a fantastic investment in my personal development, and I am confident that by the end of it, I will be well on my way to becoming a powerful communicator. I highly recommend it.”

“I loved everything about the course: my tutor (Kate Guest!) was so knowledgeable and always available to answer all my questions and curiosities even when that meant taking a detour from goal set for the session. I really felt my course was tailored to my specific needs (not a cookie-cutter kinda course) and that made it so useful and motivating to me. I genuinely had a lot of fun and feel like I now possess valuable tools to smash my speaking with confidence in the environments that matter to me.”

“I can highly recommend London Speech Workshop. I had the pleasure of working with Emmy Broomfield, who was such a wonderful and brilliant coach. Emmy listened to what I wanted to achieve and ensured that each lesson helped me to work towards my goal in concrete and practical ways. I have already made huge progress within a short period of time and know that I have learned invaluable tools that I will continue to apply in the future. I feel much more confident and am more aware of my strengths and potential as a public speaker. Working on your communication style and speech can be daunting, but the sessions with Emmy were always fun, enjoyable, interesting and motivating. “My LSW session coach was Gilly Sharpes and she was great at tailoring each session to specifically cover the important tools that I needed for my goals. “I had the pleasure of spending my 10 sessions with Emmy Broomfield. I instantly connected with Emmy, and thoroughly enjoyed the course. “As someone in their 50's I've been acutely aware that my verbal style from talking fast to messing up my TH's and using too many filler words has been a serious impediment to my progress in both business and, to a lesser extent, personal activities. Jaimie at LSW did a fantastic job of bringing my awareness of these issues to the fore and giving me exercises to gradually adjust these habits of a lifetime. While I'm still going through the process of improvement with every verbal engagement, I am acutely aware of the mistakes I make and am steadily improving as time goes by. I can't thank Jamie and the LSW enough for the wonderful educational experience they provided.”

“Hi Emma Apologies for not coming back. Your automated emails to non-reviewer alumni work quite well in stopping the reminder ;). I really enjoyed the workshop, Gilly was simply fantastic. Her sharp and subtle ear combined with physiological tips on how to position/move speech muscles definitively take you to the next level, first in realising the delta btw one’s current and the neutral accent, second in softening the accent and therefore reducing the gap during the sessions. Now it’s all about keep practicing ;). Loved also your emails, choice of words, tone, content. Good good :). Definitely coming back for some refreshments. Big fan of all things voice and accents. “I completed 10 sessions on the London Speech Workshop’s effectiveness communication course recently and the experience has been hugely positive and unforgettable. A big thank you to my excellent couch, Finn Hanlon, who was able to identify areas that need improvement, some of which I was not even aware of. Finn was able to structure and adapt the course to my needs which was great. As a direct result of doing LSW’s effective communication course, i am now able to shift focus from my own anxiety to the message/idea I want to send, to the audience and checking that the message is landing. It’s a big relief and confidence boost for me, both within social and official encounters. I am grateful to LSW for providing me with a bursary/discount which has made all the difference.”

“I am 100% satisfied with the value received from the 10 sessions I had with my coach Natasha from London Speech Workshop. The sessions are accompanied by a useful workbook, they were easy to book (and reschedule, if necessary), the content and delivery of the sessions were customised to my needs and, above all, Natasha was a wonderfully competent, authentic and fun coach who was a pleasure to work with. She was understanding, encouraging and always felt like a safe haven, where, no matter how tricky the topic or how uncomfortable I might have otherwise felt, I was able to be my authentic self and never needed to feel nervous or ashamed if my delivery wasn't perfect. What I learned helps me in my private and professional life and is a wonderful foundation that will stay with me forever and that will help me improve even more over time. And if I need help with particular projects in the future, I will certainly go back to Natasha to book another session. I highly recommend Natasha and LSW to everyone who is looking to go through life with more self-confidence and competence when engaging with other people in general and public speaking/recording videos etc. in particular. Hi Ibrahim, I hope you're well! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're so disappointed to read this feedback. I know we've been in touch a fair amount between when you initially purchased your course, and the date of completion and I'm sorry that you didn't feel comfortable to raise this issue with us sooner, I assure you that had we been aware we'd have done everything in our power to expedite your sessions. I know there were a few bumps in the road due to coach changes, and a delay in starting with Alice due to your overseas travel, but we simply hadn't been aware of your urgency to complete sessions. All of our clients work differently, and some like to spread the sessions over a much longer period of time to suit their lifestyle, so whilst we generally recommend weekly sessions, we don't like to enforce this on clients in case it doesn't quite fit for them. Apologies if we dropped the ball on this being your preference! We truly care about our clients and value all feedback to ensure we're constantly improving our service.
