“They only sent me 2 of the 3 items I ordered online. Refused to swiftly resolve the issue, instead acted as if I was lying. I will never ever shop here again.”
“$70 shorts ripped after 1 week - Lorna Jane refused me a refund or exchange!
Lorna Jane Retail Stores
Bought shorts on 11 Nov and they ripped after one wear on the 19 Nov, such awful quality. Do not buy. They refused me a refund, they refused me an exchange, I’m absolutely disgusted with Lorna Jane and will never purchase from them again. 70 dollars for a pair of shorts that ripped after one wear! Absolutely not fit for purpose, with even worse customer service. Stick to your Lululemons guys they are actually worth the money!”
“I ordered two pairs of shorts from Lorna Jane in their sale. I order two pairs because they charge extortionate shipping fees - $12 AUD standard which is way too much for one pair of shorts.
They emailed me to cancel one pair - so I contacted them to cancel the whole order as I don't want to pay $12 to ship one pair of $35 shorts. Their customer service response was unhelpful - clearly just copying and pasting policy pieces - lacked any nuance or personality and basically told me tough luck and to suck it up because they won't do anything about it.
This experience is why online shopping sucks - and I will never shop at Lorna Jane again - congrats on getting your $12 out of me.”
“I decided to splurge and buy what I thought was good quality leggings that would last me. After almost a year I have a hole in my crotch area, after speaking with customer service online AND going into a store I was told it was made with an external object. I asked the assistant what the object would have been and if she thought I would have felt something external in my crotch area ,she wasn't very empathetic. Anyway, I have learnt my lesson, back to Cotton On and Kmart - which last a helleva lot longer(After 6 years no holes yet). I am disappointed in the quality and the service. I should have read the other online reviews before I purchased. I will never go back.”
“Last year I purchased some amy thermals and have found them great so this year I spent $300 and bought more. Like other reviews online, they got a hole within hours, despite me just walking in them (they are meant to be fit for the purpose of exercise, right??)
Customer service implied it was my fault, but then conceded they would refund me as a gift voucher. They told me to start a new chat 24hours later to follow this up myself. When I tried to do so, I found the live chat function only worked in limited business hours. I'm normally out of reception, so I had to wait for my next day off to follow up. I followed this up today, 8 days later and was told they couldn't help me because Fridays are a busy day, and for once again ME TO FOLLOW THEM UP on Wednesday next week. That's 2 weeks! They have my leggings and my money and won't help me? I worked in retail for 15 years and making a credit note or a voucher doesn't take 2 weeks! It takes 2 minutes!!!
I used to recommend them to my large socials following, and now I will be telling everyone and anyone who will listen to never ever shop there again.”
“I would give Lorna Jane 0 star if i could. Stay away from this brand, it’s really the worst experience I’ve ever had with any brand in the world. I purchased 4 sports bra on the site when they were having a website wise sale. I asked the customer service for a size recommendation, wasn’t sure about it, and the customer service said I can have a refund if they don’t fit. I checked their return policy back then and it says I could get a refund if I return them. The items I purchased weren’t final sale items. I paid for shipping, return shipping, and then Lorna Jane told me they could only give me a gift card. Apparently they changed their return policy after my purchase and refuse to stick to what they originally promised. They refuse to admit that they mislead the consumers, didnt label their products clearly, and refuse to stick to the policy of the time or purchase. Stay away from this brand to save yourself from headache. It’s really the worst brand and they should go out of business soon like this. If you buy from this company just expect endless lies and bad customer services. I reported them to the attorney office and consumer projection bureau. I hope they go out of business soon.”
“Do not bother! Purchased a pair of tights 2 months ago which were faulty and have FOUR holes in them when I had only worn them a total of 10times!! I paid over $100 for them and was told that they were considered reasonable wear and tear! Are you kidding? Not to mention that the lady at the Macarthur Square store was unbelievably rude about it. I have previously liked my Lorna Jane products but due to the fact that they do not stand behind their own product, I will never purchase from them again. Go spend less money and actually get what you pay for. These are not better tights, they just cost more and the staff are rude.”
“Ordered on website which would not allow me to complete order
Eventually through live chat a sales person contacted me by phone
Completed order but some weeks after no sign of items
Tried emailing their customer service several times to which no one replies
Rather worryingly monies already taken
So now will have to deal with bank to try to retrieve
Don’t order from them”
