Dear Natalia, We are so sorry to hear about it and sorry to hear you did not get in touch with our customer service team before. Unfortunately, there has been a delay with your order as an incorrect name was provided with the order "Natalia Natalia" and this got stuck at customs; rest assured our team is doing their best to correct this for you and communicate with DHL and customs to make sure we can have this parcel delivered as soon as possible - unfortunately the time frame for clearing and correcting the names on parcels in cases like these is not dependant from us. “Horrid cheap material, feels like nylon, really disappointed with the product, as I wanted to love them.I was expecting the same quality as the “ other” favourite swim short brand ……. On a positive note, customer service was excellent and the packaging delightful! I am returning the items.”

Our sincere apologies to hear that you were not satisfied with the quality of our swim shorts; these are made of premium 100% recycled material, from the actual swim shorts to labels and tags, and therefore, are good for the planet and us. They are also quick-dry and chlorine tested, which makes them perfect for the holidays and the pool.
