“Products are terrible! Thick and lumpy which dry as you are putting them on. Gel which doesn't cure well. Customer service is shocking, really rude and condicending. I left honest reviews but they keep being removed, even had an email from internal relations saying I shouldn't be following their page if I dont like the product (I dont follow them) and am I attention seeking?! I am still waiting for a refund for a missing item, really wish I didn't waste my money or time.”

Stay away for this company, my wife ordered from them and the item never arrived. The tracking given was not any good and the customer service...HAHA doesn’t exist !! Promised communication that never transpired and the Echat on the site is poor at best, with less than interested support. When I brought their failing to light they skimmed over it and I pressed harder and was then told that the situation had been passed to a Manager ! DO NOT TRUST THIS BEAUTY COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LESS THAN REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!”

“The products vary as to whether they are thick or runny so some run off and create ridges at the edges. And rarely look like the picture. They only post good reviews so you can never trust the reviews, or find out the truth about which look like the swatches. Customer service is rude and they dont always dispatch the next day. When they run out of a colour they dont tell you and you have to message them to ask where it is and they dont give refunds they make you choose another colour!”
