“*stay away from this unprofessional scam of a company!!!!!! I am really dissatisfied I have being paying for this service for over 1 year I thought I would go and collect my mail as I only recently needing access to important letters. when I arrived at the Ealing PO Box service I discovered there was another company using my mailbox and I had no mail there when I was receiving mail there so all my mail is missing. I contacted LCLB straight away and all I got told was sorry the manager will call you soon it’s been 3 months since I have discovered this I haven’t used the PO Box and I’m still getting charged for this service. I have demanded a full refund from the point of sale last year and to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and I still haven’t heard anything back.”

“Signing up was a breeze, supported all the way through by a very friendly and professional team of people. All pre-sign-up questions were answered honestly and comprehensively and even provided in writing which puts you at ease when entering contractual agreements. The online portal has a modern and intuitive UI which tells you when letters have been received and your account overview, this being useful to trace how you're spending your balance for mail forwarding (collection is free obviously). For all the services for which I required a mailbox, this company's mailbox has fully delivered and I'm extremely satisfied thus far and hope this remains the case. A Yaqeen”

“If you are interested in a virtual office in Wimbledon it is better to ask full address before purchasing to avoid unpleasant surprises. Offers and discounts are not clearly explained.”
