“Luther Rice is a great institution and I highly recommend for those seeking a degree from a biblically sound academics and instruction. The professors are top notch and very supportive. “The lectures are thorough and cover the course as is presented. Lecturers are facilitating and make the subject area easy to maneuver and carry out the required research. It's practical and applicable to life's circumstances. Anyone who graduates from Luther Rice is well-rounded and ready to live a full Christian life whether as a Pastor or a minister.”

“Luther Rice College & Seminary has helped me to grow in the knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ. My studies here have been a blessing to my family natural and spiritually. God truly has smiled on this college and all the professors and instructors. The knowledge that I received here has help me be an effectual witness to the Gospel of Christ. I encourage anyone that has a call on their life to enroll here and you will fulfill the charge to study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth (2Timothy 2:15).”

“I had a good experience with Luther Rice. I enjoyed my classes and learned more than I ever expected. At 55, I am still unsure of God's plans for me in this process other than the day-to-day increased sharing of my faith with family and friends and my increased desire to study/know scripture.”

“I loved the professors ,especially Drs. Wilson and Arnett. Their passion for God's word is most infectious. I had been out of any formal education for more than 55 years, however ,all of the staff was encouraging. I have told many friends that LR's goal was to put as many boots on the ground for the love of of the Lord and not not just be in the position to take their money as is demonstrated by secular education. LR truly are motivated for its students. Thank you Luther Rice and the incredibly dedicated staff for all of their commitment and support. I am proud to be a Masters graduate of this institution.I am proud that the Lord has allowed me to learn more of who He is, not what He has done.”

“I received my bachelor’s degree at LR. It was a great experience. I received help from the school taking care of the costs and, even though I had no scholarships or outside support, I was able to graduate debt free. I’ll be honest, there were a few staff members that I was very disappointed in. However, people like Professor Skinner and Professor Thomas Mapes are the absolute gold standard of what an online professor ought to be. When you call them, they answer the phone. When you email them, they email you back. When you don’t understand, they work with you until you do. In my opinion, Luther Rice’s online program is as good as online education can possibly get.”

“Most of the classes and professors were good. The issue is with Systematic Theology. The workload was overkill, and the president made light of it at the graduation ceremony. I believe one reason that a student would dropout is the result of the latter, among other reasons. I got through to course, First, before registering for the class semester, I read and outlined the chapters from the syllabus, which I got from the professor. Second, the next semester, I prepared the 20-25 page paper. Finally, an the third semester, I registered and took the course and passed with an "A." It took longer to graduate, but I finished the course and kept the faith, now I have a MAA crown. :)”

“I received a quality education at LRCS. I came away with new ideas and knowledge. The video lectures enhanced my opportunity to learn. The professors were always available for questions and did video sessions for reviews. I often tell the story that I fell in love with the Old Testament in Dr. Wilson's New Testament Book of John class. Before that class I didn't understand the importance of the Old Testament. It felt like the New Testament was directed more at me because it was focused on Jesus and this is where He began. Dr. Wilson showed me that I had been so wrong. Jesus always has been and always will be. Jesus was in the beginning (John 1:1).”

“Luther Rice Seminary was a good school to attend for the MA of Christian Studies. The only negative is that those of us not from a baptist background were not permitted to speak theologically in our own traditions. If Luther Rice wants to be a more viable Seminary outside their baptist circles their theology prof should know the Apostles' Creed, when written into a paper, isn't plagiarism but general christian knowledge. They should broaden their staff with those outside of the baptist faith just as Gordon Conwell does and Trinity theological Sem too.”

“I am so grateful for my time at Luther Rice. I was challenged to become a better minister and learned that I can be a researcher. My professors cared about me even though the majority of my classes were online. I loved the week-long D.Min modules on campus because of the interaction with fellow students and my professors. Thanks to Dr. Cobb for his support. The bonus was the SACSCOC accreditation. I would not hesitate to enroll at Luther Rice!”
