“Legitimate and highly effective. I began microdosing a few months ago (occasionally using larger doses). The mushrooms pretty much killed my desire to drink alcohol (I had been a heavy drinker for 19 years) and are presently helping me get off nicotine (went from two packs a day, to one pack every two days, in a single week, without suffering any serious nicotine cravings). They also make me much more productive at work and sociable. I had been prone to anxiety, but these mushrooms eliminated that. “I'm not interested in micro dosing. I've been macro dosing for quite a while. Even though it's a lot more expensive then dried shrooms, the chocolate bars are so much easier to consume.
Tried a 5g last night and it was pretty great. Can't wait to do them again. I don't have the patience to grow them out make chocolate myself so it's good to have the option to buy them
