“Disappointed in their fulfillment and customer service. Slow to ship several orders. One order had to contact customer support twice...finally shipped after 3 weeks. Another order never did ship m despite customer support telling me on two separate occasions that the issue was fixed... finally canceled after over a month of waiting.”

Here is all your tracking information. You agreed, and we shipped it just like you requested. What did we do wrong? The chocolates were melting, so we reached out to you and asked if you wanted a credit or the gummies. You said gummies, so we shipped them via UPS Next Day.

“I order things online sometimes multiple times per week. Week in and week out...order, order, order. Apparently Mama doesn't want me to order though, not micro or macro. I tried multiple times over several days to order with no success. Kept getting a message about the coupon being used already. This wasn't true, how do I know this...because this was my first purchase. I kept trying, and trying, and trying. Finally, after much frustration, I finally gave up. I ended up purchasing from somewhere else. I wish I could have given Mama's a try.”

We sent your order out within 5 days of you ordering- we also sent it priority mail. How do we have any control over the mail system? Seriously? And why not not reach out to us directly? Very strange."

In response, I answered an email that requested I submit a review. That is exactly what I did.
The second had a very different tone - solution-oriented. It acknowledged that there was a mistake in making the shipping label and will be filling my order today. I am hoping to receive my shipment in the next couple of days.

Julie, you’re absolutely lying you’ve never ordered from us we answer all our emails. Our customer service is stellar nobody will believe this review.. we have no history of you ordering!!
