“ I ordered a product which was then delayed by almost 3 weeks. I tried to cancel it once I was informed of the delay but was advised it was in motion and therefore unable to cancel until arrival. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a returns activated but as yet no response. Communication is tardy and lacking any efficiency. Beginning to feel cheated. ”
