I ordered a product which was then delayed by almost 3 weeks. I tried to cancel it once I was informed of the delay but was advised it was in motion and therefore unable to cancel until arrival.
I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a returns activated but as yet no response.
Communication is tardy and lacking any efficiency. Beginning to feel cheated.

I asked about the weight a walking stuck could hold as the information wasn't available so customer service found out for me, I then bought the walking stick but found it too long it seems I needed the shorter length unfortunately it wasn't available so I returned it for a refund all straightforward and refund was possessed quickly.
