The product arrived on time. Customer service department were helpful.
However the product, an "adjustable walking stick, proved impossible to adjust. My hands are strong and agile but I cannot make the buttons retract.
I am returning the stick for full credit including the cost of returning it to you under the Consumer Protection Act 1995.
