“Please avoid at all costs! All was good until I had to make a claim. After my vehicle was vandalised, they subcontracted the repairs to other companies who repeatedly booked my vehicle into garages that were unable to do the repairs. They finally informed me they were unable to complete the repair, so gave me a pay out for less than the cost of the repair. When the vehicle was dropped off to a garage for repair, it transpired they had stored my vehicle in a salvage yard (Copart) who had caused extensive damage to my vehicle. The damage caused by Markerstudy/Copart far outweighed the cost of the damage of the original claim. They refused to accept liability for the damage caused despite the clear evidence provided to them. I ended up over £5000 out of pocket, and with a claim on my insurance record. I would have been better off to have never claimed through Markerstudy. Please avoid and use a reputable and honest insurance company.”
