Very bad they don't even have a number to call they will ask you to wait for 6 hours on the chat. I cancelled my policy they charged me £127 and refused to refund my £400 upfront payment

They are to be avoided.
They didn’t have the incorrect email for me so I never received documents or notice of renewal. They have an auto renewal and the premium has quadrupled in four years. I
had no idea how bad this company was.
Stay away. I’m taking them to the small claims court as they refuse to refund my auto renewal.

Still worth me cancelling, then they told me it would be processed when the policy started, so they wanted me to wait 3 weeks plus 5 to 10 days for the refund, minus £30, to go through.
