Absolutely incredible customer service. I’d been chatting on WhatsApp for a few days last week to organise a last minute custom guest book for an event. The package arrived on time & was so gorgeous. I did email customer service first but they essentially said I just need to move the cover and that the embossing doesn't show up as well on Teal, but obviously I tried moving the cover and it didn't align - I wouldn't have emailed them if it was easily fixable, and the embossing is clearly less deep than my other notebooks.

Beautiful end product and great customer service. My predictive text on my phone unhelpfully changed the phrase l wanted printed in my notebook, realise after the fact, emailed them and it was changed - no problem - thank you
