“Ordered an Air conditioning unit that was in stock and available for next day delivery, money was taken out of bank account. Keeping in mind that order went through as next day delivery, two days later I sent an email asking when delivery would be because I had only received a confirmation email, had no reply. Called four days after ordering and when I finally got through she said the item I brought is not in stock and someone will get in touch to discuss a replacement product. Didn't hear anything else so on the eighth day I called again to only be told the same thing again so I asked for the money to be returned to my bank account.
Not good service at all and very unhappy”
“At first I was satisfied with my Meaco ABC 10l dehumidifier.
After nine months of normal use, brown gunk began appearing in the collection tank and clogging the spout.
I opened the back and found a gelatinous mold growing in the collection tray.
After numerous emails to Meaco customer care, no real help was offered and the problem was simply dismissed.
I will not buy any Meaco product in the future due to the lack of customer care I received.”
