“We bought a hat each from Me & The Brave. There was plenty of information regarding sizing and style and the fact there is some adjustment for sizing. Ordering was simple and the order arrived very promptly, within two days. A Don with a contrasting hat band is great, the Matiu is a very nice hat but quite stiff. Time will tell how well they are worn and how well they wear.”

Online ordering was a breeze and the speed in which I had hit the payment button to receiving the email that my hat was with the courier company and on its way was fantastic! I had also made an error with ordering but the guy from Me & The Brave called me shortly after to confirm things - top bloke. Lastly when I received this hat not only was it beautifully packaged but also I saw the tag about their cause of inspiring 500k women to take brave decisions to better their lives - stoked to help these guys out. “Me & The Brave: I used the website chat function to ask a question and was answered within minutes. I was told deliver was over night in the Auckland area and it actually was. I ordered early afternoon and received my order before I left for work the next morning.

As you are aware, you did actually exchange your hat based on a hat that was too small for you and was in fact ordered by someone else.
You yourself then emailed us directly and asked to swap for ultimately a black in the same style. During this email correspondence you were offered a Khaki in two other styles but declined and selected the black as per above.
You actually asked for a refund when you came back to us again stating that you were declined your original request. I sent you the email correspondence to remind you of the actual communications and the exchange.
I offered you another exchange, however you didn't respond.
Most importantly the hat your purchased was on sale and it is not our policy to exchange however we wanted to do what we could for you.
