“First of all received wrong item, then I need to pay for returning the items from my own money also chaining for a return payment over 2 months. Avoid Medisave.Rude Customer Service. I will never buy there again.”

They have reasons not to process refunds to people on time. Refunds take over 4 weeks and their customer service are very rude as they repeat the same statement over and over and have no empathy that people need their money back.”

“Do not recommend paying for the "Next Working Day Shipping" option because they DO NOT SHIP IT on the next working day.
I placed an order on a Saturday and requested the "next working day shipping option" with the expectation that the items would ship on the next working day-- Monday. However, that was not the case. In fact, they shipped on Tuesday. I inquired with customer service and they were not sympathetic and simply said that it was "processed" the next working day. There appears to be no difference between the standard shipping, which is 2-3 days, and the "next working day" option. Additionally, they would not refund the shipping cost.
Save your money and do not opt for this shipping option.”
“Shocking customer service from this company - I would seriously question the validity of some of the positive comments on here. Recommend you purchase your products elsewhere. Product images are misleading and colours of stethoscopes are not representative of actual colours. Customer Service team are dismissive, patronising and unwilling to offer a solution other than for me to re-sell the stethoscope I was unhappy with on eBay?! I shall be referring the marketing mis-representation to trading standards.”
“I no longer blindly trust their pricing - I paid over 90% more for my last order with Medisave than I would have if I had bought from Amazon. I don’t mind paying a little extra out of loyalty to Medisave, but that’s ridiculous!
As a previous customer, I naively trusted their website boasting about the price of the product (it was cheaper than Superdrug - true) and saying the price was “NOT a mistake - we are clearing space in our warehouse…buy now whilst stock is available at this special price”.
They weren’t the slightest bit sympathetic when I pointed all this out, and were in fact very defensive. I felt like I was dealing with Arthur Daley crossed with Basil Fawlty!
I'm sure Medisave customer services look down their noses at cheaper Amazon suppliers and complaining customers, but they should rein in the arrogance and cheap marketing tactics.”
“This company have no compunction about ripping off customers, they could only part fulfil my order for gloves but instead of giving me the option to cancel they sent out 1 box from a consignment of 12 which I had paid for and would have been free postage. When they decided they would not fulfil the order but offer to supply similar gloves at a vastly inflated price (over double the price of the original order) I could not legitimately continue with the order. They would not price match despite their own stock system telling customers they had plenty of stock in hand, so, their mistake, certainly not mine...they should have informed me before they dispatched one solitary box of gloves, giving me chance to cancel the order and not pay the postage they subsequently charged me.....This as I said before was not charged at original purchase as my order was freepost....
I will add there are plenty of other companies out there who do not rip off customers and they continue to charge reasonable prices during the current situation....companies who have chosen to be honourable during covid and not use it as an excuse to overcharge/rip off customers
I should also mention it took them two weeks after delivery of the single box of gloves to contact me to let me know the rest of the order was either going to be a massively rip off price or I could cancel and then from the 12th of November until 25th January for them to sort out the refund...they did not stay in touch or keep me updated....great customer service NOT”
“Still waiting for over 3 months for a pair of shoes, constantly being fobbed off with we have supplier issues, change your supplier or have more than one , stop making the customer suffer because you cannot get your heads around good business ethics your bloody supplier does not pay to keep your business alive. You should go to what ever lengths you need to to satisfy customer orders ,stop hiding behind your lame excuses , I have searched 10 other suppliers of the shoes I am waiting for and they all have them in stock and I can receive them within 2-3 workings days but I’m not letting you get away with a refund honour your contract .”
