We are not a steroid-based cream that may have a temporary ‘feel better syndrome’ and have harsh effects on the skin, the 3HX formula is natural, safe, effective, and proves itself best over long-term use. Most customers start to see and feel the big difference during 4 - 8 weeks so we advise them to be patient, consistent, and dedicated to the journey. “I used both the cream and the medication but it made absolutely no difference to my psoriasis. I also found it difficult to cancel my subscription. I emailed numerous times and contacted on Twitter with no response, I was finally able to contact them on WhatsApp and got my order cancelled, however I’m still waiting for my refund.”

As for the subscription, we are sorry you found it difficult, it’s an easy process you can do on your own without talking to anyone by entering your account. “I have held off writing this review as I wanted to give the products a fair go but unfortunately, these products have only worsened the condition of my scalp I now have bleed spots I believe this could just be me as I suffer badly with stress products were as stated sent on time with adequate packaging just unfortunately the products were just not for me .”
