We are based in Watford but we want everyone in the UK to be able to use our services and this is why we started to offer Mail-In repair service. This means that you can post your broken device to us and we will send it back to you repaired, like nothing happened!

With every repair, we make sure to keep our customers updated. Once we receive your device and register it on our system, you will receive an email with this information. Next up is a notification with the progress of the repair and lastly you will get information that your device has been posted back to you and will receive a tracking number, of if you dropped off - that your phone, tablet or MacBook is ready for collection.
