“Just don’t bother with this company. Refund was due and never seen it and they never answer the phone. Also ordered the more expensive item, received the cheaper one and took so long to arrive. Just avoid.”

“I was charged a substantial amount for delivery when it should have been free for orders in excess of £499. I have queried this via email and there has been no reply yet. I was told that I would be informed with a date of delivery but this did not happen. Extremely poor communication, I wouldn't buy from this company again. Best avoided by potential customers.”

“Item delivered on time and as per specifications in good condition . The distributer in my country could not sale it as it was out of stock . I tried on the internet and found in different countries but there was no sale on their web site , finaly i found Megabathrooms in UK and purchased from them and they solved my searching problem . I hoped if there is delivery to outside UK in their website . I asked my brother in law who was in UK to bring the toilet seat cover with him to Dubai . Thank you Megabathrooms”

“Excellent product, moved house and this is the 2nd one that I have bought from Megabathrooms. Part of the pipe work was broken, contacted megabathrooms and replacement sent promptly, great company to deal with”

“I ordered my bath online, then was told it was on back order with the supplier. Customer service was excellent they got my bath delivered direct from the supplier and reimbursed the quick delivery charge I had paid. Didn't get my bath when I originally needed it but they did everything they could to resolve the issue and promptly Thanks Megabathrooms”

“Have a delivery stuck in transit holding up a job. Written 4 times no response. Called 20 times only to have people picking up and hanging up without taking the call. I guess I’ll have to dispute with my bank and find another supplier. Poor customer service go elsewhere.”
