“I am so very disappointed. I have been trying to cancel my order for these comforters because we changed our mind and bought different ones and I have sent 5 to 6 emails tried calling the phone number. They hung up on me several different other ways I have been trying to contact these people through their service and still no one gets back to me and I sure have not gotten my money refunded $300 down the drain. I am so livid. I do not recommend this ever.”

“I ordered the pillowcases and they don't fit the pillows. I messaged them 3 times to return them because the order did not have a packing list or an order number on it which is what they are requesting for the return, and I have not heard back from them yet. Very poor customer service.”

“I ordered a bed cover and pillows from Mello, but only the bed cover was delivered. The pillows and pillowcases are missing, and it has already been 10 days since the package arrived. I am still waiting for the rest of my order and have not received any clear update about the missing items. I hope the company can resolve this issue soon and send the remaining products as soon as possible”

“I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU ZERO STARS!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they are a fake and fraud. I purchased 3 pillows. They sent me tracking through Amazon tracking and it doesn't look like it even left the shipping facility. You people take our money and do not ship the product. You lie and say you will respond within 24 hours . Well it's been 14 days since I placed my order, and 7 days since the tracking said my order would deliver. This is such BS. Why are people still buying from you. Your company SUCKS!!!!”

“I ordered a blanket two weeks ago. Got an email saying I bought it.They took the money out of my checking account.And I have not received nothing from them.I have emailed them three times I have tried to call them.Nobody will get back with me.This is sad i never got it”

“This seems to be a scam of a company...over 3 weeks and only 1 item has arrived. They will not respond to emails or their contact page. Customer service and tracking experience has been horrendous. They are aware and have done nothing to correct their issues.”

“Terrible sales company with little to no control of their distribution and shipping. You must download the SHOP app and they cannot simply provide tracking like a normal ecommerce company. This has been my worst experience shopping online...still waiting 3 weeks later.”

“I have never received my order of 2 pillows and 2 pillowcases. The moment I submitted my order I received an email confirmation how great they are and nothing else. Few days after I submitted the order I emailed them to provide the tracking number and status of my order. I received no response on my email and any other emails I sent to them thereafter. Totally unprofessional and ugly way of doing business.”

“The item ordered never arrived I received tracking then stated it shipped and was delivered when I called post office they stated company shipped to a different address ans was a paper so I was scammed. I will be reporting your company. People work hard and if I pay for something I expect to receive the item.”

“I ordered the cinnamint CBD off the back of a recommendation from one of your colleagues Ben on an Instagram live session that I am enjoying and already feeling the benefits of adding these drops into my daily routine. The order also came with CBD balm that’s easing the daily pains of achy joints and muscles. Overall great service and brilliant products on offer. I’ve ordered the same again!”
