“I received my order very quickly, however found that one item had a security tag attached. I was informed if I wanted to keep the item, I would need to get some pliers and remove the tag myself or send it back. There were no assurances about the jacket being sent back to me, it was one of the last remaining sizes.When emailed about possibly not having pliers I never received a response. I had to go and buy pliers to remove the tag myself. Poor customer service, will not be shopping here again.”
