“Extremely disappointing service. I ordered workbooks well in advance to ensure they would arrive in time for a workshop I was hosting. As the delivery date approached, I had to chase Mixam for updates, only to be told the order would be delayed by at least another 10 days beyond the original estimated date.
When I raised this, I was reassured that my order would still arrive by Friday, a promise that was clearly made just to keep me from cancelling and going to another supplier. By the end of the week, I discovered the workbooks hadn’t even been printed, leaving me with no materials at all for my workshop.
The lack of communication, constant chasing on my part, and being misled about timelines has been incredibly frustrating. The issue could have been managed with honesty and support earlier in the process, but instead I was strung along and left with nothing.
Be very cautious when using Mixam. Their “estimated delivery dates” can be completely unreliable, not just by a day or two, but by more than a week and there’s no guarantee they’ll be upfront about it. If you’re working to a deadline, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”

The worst printer I have ever encountered, be careful of their delivery times, they're estimated.
Not only this but when they delay delivery they don't tell you - you have to chase on live chat every day, and every day they lie and tell you the same thing, 'without fail we will be dispatching tomorrow' they said yesterday... needless to say, they haven't and now tell me it's Monday - a whole week after original dispatch date.
They didn't voluntarily send me this information either with an apology, I had to drag it out of them over live chat.
Save yourself the stress and heartache and use another printer, I wish I'd have read the 1 star reviews on here first, of which there are plenty and heeded the advice to use a more customer centric printer.D”
