“Price was expensive but worth it, as it arrived next day (AU domestic). Very happy with purchase, but will buy from Modadove international next time to save some $$$. Handy to get locally if I run out though. Keep in mind pricing for AU domestic is in USD. Bit frustrating prices aren’t converted or displayed with which currency it is in.”

“Fairly priced, ordered overnight shipping but was out of stock. Took about a week which isn't too bad they compensated my order with 30 extra tablets which seems reasonable. Theyre very responsive in communication. Last time I ordered i was extremely impressed with ordering arriving in just a couple days.”

“The ordering and payment process was easy to figure out. When I had any issues or questions the team were quick to respond. Overall, I had a good experience. The only reason I gave a rating of 4/5 is that it is written in multiple places on the website that shipping takes 3-5 days. When I reached out to the team after 7 days had passed I was informed that shipped actually took 11-14 days. I felt the 3-5 day shipping statement written on the website had been misleading. Was more than happy to wait the 11 days for it to arrive but would have preferred that this information had been made clear to me at the time of submitting my order. Despite this I would still use this service again.”

Hi there, There seems to be a misunderstanding with your order, the domestic delivery cost is about $150 for 30p whereas the international delivery cost just $85 for 30 plus 10. International delivery takes about 2 weeks to deliver whereas domestic delivery takes 2-3 days. We appreciate your honest review and looking forward to serving you again soon. Hope this helps. “Great products/prices and good customer service. Shipping could use improvement (ex. Label created, but package isn't always "received" and shipped when notified with tracking...had to reach out a couple of times before package was actually received for shipping). Otherwise, great experience!”

“I was expecting this to be a scam but the items arrive fairly promptly. Every contact I sent them was really promptly replied to. So all in all, I'm pretty happy. My usual. Hong Kong supplier has ceased operation so I think I've found a replacement. Would order from again.”

“I've been ordering from your company a long time. I know you have no control over it but my only concern is the waiting time for when the tracking number becomes active. It seems like it takes forever until one can start tracking the order. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the reply from your company when I have concerns about my orders. The remaining questions I can't answer due to the fact that I don't have anymore information than the tracking number so still patiently waiting.”

“I found modadove referenced online as a reliable supplier, I ordered from the UK which unfortunately doesn't have fast postage yet, so I had to wait a while for the package to arrive. The package did arrive though, about 2 weeks after ordering. The online tracking worked but not from my mobile device, only from desktop.”
