“The ordering and payment process was easy to figure out. When I had any issues or questions the team were quick to respond. Overall, I had a good experience. The only reason I gave a rating of 4/5 is that it is written in multiple places on the website that shipping takes 3-5 days. When I reached out to the team after 7 days had passed I was informed that shipped actually took 11-14 days. I felt the 3-5 day shipping statement written on the website had been misleading. Was more than happy to wait the 11 days for it to arrive but would have preferred that this information had been made clear to me at the time of submitting my order. Despite this I would still use this service again.”

Hi there, There seems to be a misunderstanding with your order, the domestic delivery cost is about $150 for 30p whereas the international delivery cost just $85 for 30 plus 10. International delivery takes about 2 weeks to deliver whereas domestic delivery takes 2-3 days. We appreciate your honest review and looking forward to serving you again soon. Hope this helps. “I received it quickly however it wasn't the 400mg version I asked for but they gave me a 200mg version and a 250mg version. Also they said on my next order they will throw in a bonus... So all good..”
