“Product is good, service less so. I thought I'd cancelled my account after the first delivery, turns out I'd only paused it. 7 months later without checking they sent another bottle out. My mistake for not cancelling properly, fair enough, but maybe if they'd checked with me I'd have told them about my address change.”
