“Multiscrew took the money ,never delivered the foods,never answered my emails and several weeks later send and email saying some orders had huge delays or to call a number if it didn't (and waste even more money in a phonecall ) and had the nerve to ask me for a review!?, I have been ordering a lot from many retailers without any major delays from anyone during the lockdown. Stay away!.”

Hi sorry to hear it hasn't yet arrived. We sent your item out first class the next morning after your order was placed. An email and text message was issued to you with tracking details. Hi David, sorry it hasn't arrived. I've looked into it and see it was sent out on time via first class service. Royal Mail are experiencing huge delays due to Covid and Christmas and have made apologies in the media. We haven't received any prior communication from yourself?
