“Working with Engineering Buddy has been nothing short of a pleasure. I love that you can talk to their team members over WhatsApp chat anytime. It's just so convenient. They really give a lot of respect to their tutors, which makes it always enjoyable to work with them. One of my students improved their grade from a C to a B+, which was incredible to see. The only downside is that tutors don't get paid for demo sessions. However, Engineering Buddy genuinely makes up for it in other ways.”

“I've been occupied with MyEngineeringBuddy.com for about six years now, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. One of the things I appreciate most about MyEngineeringBuddy.com is that they treat everyone with respect and dignity. Payments are always on time, which is a big plus. However, I do wonder about the profit margins, as some tutors say it ranges from 20% to 60%. It makes me question whether students are paying considerably more. “Pros: i joined MEB as a tutor. THe onboarding was smooth and the process been smooth and convenient. Cons:the lack of clear guidelines on dealing with academic dishonesty puts us in a tough spot. “Flexible Platform with Occasional Student-Matching Issues: ✌️ I've been tutoring with this platform for a while, and man, it's been a ride! One thing I got ta give them pros for is the flexibility. They usually prefer Google Meet for sessions, but if you want to switch things up, they totally let tutors pick their fave platform. “Working with EngineeringBuddy has truly been a learning experience for me. My previous tutoring job provided no opportunities for growth, but here, I've found many ways to advance my career. This keeps me motivated and always looking to improve my teaching methods. However, there are areas that need improvement. The company doesn't offer adequate training and support, leaving tutors to figure out the technology and teaching methods on their own. Plus, we're expected to be available at scheduled times without any guarantee of a session, leading to unpredictable income. Though this is not very frequent, it's something to keep in mind. I remember helping a student who needed engaging and interactive tutoring sessions. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding to see their progress. Anyway, gotta run. “I used to feel isolated as an online tutor, but now I feel part of a big fraternity thanks to the regular meetings and peer support. The admin team is super responsive. Also, the customer care is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and replies instantly, which is a huge plus. And yeah, they don't create issues unnecessarily. I had this student once who needed to catch up after falling behind. The collaborative environment made it so much easier to provide the help they needed. Oh, and the hourly fees? Way better than similar companies. However, tutors are often given insufficient notice of changes to their schedule, so personal time management can be a pain. Overall, I really cherish being part of this team.”

Initially, I was drawn to MEB because of their commitment to providing quality education and assignment help to students worldwide. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team is always ready to assist with any issues you might encounter. The students are eager to learn, and the interface makes it easy to connect with them and provide the help they need. However, there are a few drawbacks to being a tutor here. One significant issue is the requirement to pay the full fee for demo sessions. This can be a bit of a financial strain, especially if you're just starting out. Additionally, the platform sometimes overbooks sessions. This results in back-to-back classes with no breaks, making it challenging to find time to rest or prepare properly. The expectation to stretch and avoid cancellations or postponements adds to the presure. Moreover, MEB is very strict about deadlines. This is great for students, but as a tutor, it means you must be absolutely certain you can deliver on time before accepting an assignment.
