“Needs more balanced support for tutors As a tutor at Engineer Buddy, I've had a mix of experiences. On the positive side, Engineer Buddy doesn't create unnecessary issues, which makes the work environment relatively stress-free. However, there are some serious downsides. Firstly, there should be a small fee for inquiries, not just for confirmed sessions. It would make the work feel more valuable. Secondly, the management usually takes the student's side and refunds their fee immediately after a complaint. This sometimes feels unfair to the tutors. Overall, while there are some good aspects, these cons make it hard to fully appreciate the work environment.”

One great aspect is the flexibility; I can decline work if the fee offered is too low. That’s a relief! However, there's a downside. Sometimes, we're given very short notice for changes in our schedule. This makes planning and managing personal time quite challenging. Overall, while MEB offers some good benefits, it has room for improvement, especially in scheduling.”

“As a tutor with My Engg Buddy for seven years, I've had a mixed experience. While the company offers decent resources for both students and tutors, I've often found the interface to be sluggish and not user-friendly.😕 Communication with the support team can be slow, making it hard to resolve issues promptly. On the brighter side, My Engg Buddy does provide a steady stream of students, especially in Computer Science. However, the overall experience has left room for improvement. 😞"”
