We were charged £11 for parking for just over 3 hours and when the deduction went through to our bank it was £15.60. Impossible to contact Ringo to complain and get a refund. I have resisted downloading the app for so long but needed it when we were on holiday last week. I used it again yesterday as the card payments were not being accepted in the car park but never again will I use this app. Bunch of cowboys.

Once back home I began emailing the company persistently in order to resolve the issue, eventually after a lot of back and forth emails for about a week and a half getting nowhere they said that they did have an agreement with the medical centre but they pulled out at the last min and they forgot to take the parking space off the app (it’s still there to this day to scam more customer btw) and that they’d refund me and reimburse the call out charge, I thought perfect that’s sorted but it wasn’t until I had to email them another 3 times after that threatening legal action and trading standards getting involved when they eventually sent the payment to me.

Scammed me.
I paid for the parking in advance. Giving them my time of arrival. When I arrived the car park was full. They have refused to give me a refund.
They shouldn't take money in advance if they cannot provide a car parking space.

Took £8.50 for "start/stop" parking (max period) when I wanted £1.40 worth.
Couldn't stop parking as every time I phoned it tried to get me to buy new parking.
Eventually customer services admitted my account was "locked" (they couldn't tell me why or what this means) and that I would get the difference refunded. It would be down to my bank whether this was minutes or days.
1 week later and still no refund!

Session wouldn't end, they couldn't end it (tried app, online, phone and live chat) was told on the day to request a refund afterwards as I would be billed for the entire day, now they don't want to refund me!
Will avoid at all costs!
