“I ordered and was very pleased with the product and price which was the balm. The only small criticism I have is that I didn’t get an update on delivery after I emailed the company. Luckily it did arrive but a courtesy reply to my email would have been appreciated. The other thing was after I ordered I got a code through for a percentage off the order but the code didn’t arrive til after I’d ordered and it wouldn’t then work, it said it was invalid. Overall I’d say very good quality balm but customer service and codes etc could do with some improving.”
