I have always paid $10.20 for a 15litre water delivery received invoice today they are now charging $13.20 I have gone back through emails nothing says a price increase how sneaky I’ll be changing supplier

The delivery and water are as required, the Neverfail website and billing is not very good. When first logging in the invoice information always in incorrect (a month or two behind) and there is never a next delivery date on the notification or on the website. If you can find the delivery schedule there is no legend to advise what the coded dates are.
”

Feel a bit sorry about our delivery driver, (Tex). Such a big area to cover. Pity that Tex does not have someone else doing delivers in Maryborough or other outlying areas. Would ease his workload a bit.

Love the water. Cooler is fantastic with the hot and cold option. Use hot option when making jelly, Cup a soup, tea and more....
Never without water. Great and on time delivery service. Affordable as well. Text message prior to delivery very helpful to leave empty’s outside. Delivery person very professional and friendly. Been a customer for many many years.
