After pausing my subscription which I didn’t know I had I order 4 water bottles and paid for them at time of ordering-I had put put 5 empty bottles bottles yet the still gave me five bottles and dented my account for the fifth bottle BUT WAIT THERES MORE three days later I get a text to say I would be getting a delivery the next day - stupid me thought there was a an error in the system - but no they did deliver 5 bottles so I called them instantly only to talk to a male who reassured me that the last lot of bottles would be transferred to Januay25 - I explained I didn’t have the money - but he reassured me he has dealt with the problem HOWEVER they tried to debt my account the following SO I CALLED AGAIN SPOKE TO A FEMALE WHO SAID SHE WILL GIVE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON WHO WILL CALL ME BACK ONCE again I explained I had no money in the bank - she assured me she will attend to it SURPRISE SURPRISE once again they attempted my account again with no money in it SO AS I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL I called them again This time I got an apology and that they would hand it over to whoever and they will call me back - I did request to speak to a manager who can direct me to the right person to talk to But you guessed it no help So I have decided to pay it when my pay goes in and cancel my subscription and will advice everyone I know to stay clear from Neverfail - There not a decent honest company because if they were they would have dealt with this the first.

Terrible Service and online ordering system. We order water and pay and expect a delivery, they make excuses and leave us without water, and they can't do anything and refuse to help. Really sad for an Australian business to treat us like this

Do Not Buy From This Company. Neverfail is a very dishonest company who bully their customers. . They will set up a subscription without your permission and make it impossible for you to cancel the subscription, even when you cancel your credit card as they then continue to send you water and an invoice, without you placing an order for water. The excuses are incredulous, they told me that they could not remove a subscription, not even when escalated to IT. I just received an email that a delivery of four bottles were delivered, I did not order any water and there was no delivery just an invoice for the amount owing. I can’t believe this as I was told that my account was closed. They have used debt collectors to collect money owing for a product I did order or use. I asked for them to collect the water they delivered, but they still continued to send the invoices. You can’t find an email address on their website, just chat, call or contact page. They do this so you do not have a record or reference for future complaints. This company needs to be closed as they are unethical and they are causing unnecessary stress to Australians.

They need to change their name to NeverDeliver. Communication is difficult and they never deliver what they promise when you do get someone on the phone. We get 15 x 15 lt bottles every two weeks and haven't had a delivery in over 6 weeks and they still can't give us a delivery date or an explanation as to why. We are changing to a new supplier.

Do wish I had read previous reviews before contacting them. Totally dismal. NO SERVICE. It was like talking to a brick wall. Departments don't talk to each other. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss.

We have been calling them and emailing for three days now and no response. We are going to cancel all services and look for another supplier.

I have had to chase every single order for the past 6 months. Never given an explanation for the delay, just that it was on the schedule for delivery but for some reason wasn't, and they would escalate it to management. We paid for a well and didn't receive it for over a month and half after payment was made, numerous conversations to chase until they finally sent it. Then received an email saying last warning for an overdue invoice.... laughable really. If you want a reliable service, don't use Neverfail because they always fail.

Absolutely shocking service. Can’t contact anyone. Delivered 7 contaminated 15l bottles and then never replaced them. Moving business to Aussie Natural in WA who respond immediately. End is near for Neverfail

I have been waiting on the phone for over 50 minutes and no answer so far. There is no link for a live chat on their website, even though they are saying it over and over on their message. They say if I leave the queue they will call me tomorrow. Water has not been delivered for weeks. Used to be regular.

It has been a disaster for 2 years. Miss deliveries or deliver wrong order. Expect a 3hrs plus wait time on phone IF u call first thing and then cant help. Worst service ive ever seen, check reviews

Have been client for 20 years. Was good at the start, then got a bit more tricky in the past 2 years and just terrible in the past 4 months! no delivery in last 2 months (when I used to be on an automatic fortnightly delivery), impossible to reach them (they say we can do a "live chat" online but there is no hyperlink to live chat, impossible waiting time on the phone (the usual "currently experiencing longer wait time than usual..."), or they say they will call us back, maybe the next business day! This is not good enough. Looking at alternative!

Was a great company we have been receiving 3 bottles per month for 17years our town water is undrinkable . We were charged twice for rental of the cooler which is a annual charge , trying repeatedly to contact them via phone no response live chat no response I think it is now a sham 🤔 Neverfail was taken over by another company 2 years ago since then deliveries are what you receive ,we currently have 7 empty 15lt.bottles not collected and having to purchase water from supermarket . Shame on you neverfail 🤔

Your company is an absolute disgrace .Have been on hold on and off for over 17 hrs. You put me into the debt collector but I can't pay account if you won't answer your bloody phone. Not one call back despite pressing 1. Automated system won't accept my account number although operators have said it is correct. Customer for over 20yrs. No more. Iam cancelling my account. Stick your neverail where the sun don't shine. Bunch of arseholes

WORST COMPANY WITH ILLEGAL PRACTICES - They will rent you a water tower, charge you monthly, then refuse to deliver water, refuse to answer their phones and emails and continue to charge you!!!! Most dodgy company I've ever dealt with - DO NOT USE THEM

This is the WORSE company I have ever come across. Absolutely shocking customer service. Our whole office has had to take time out of our day to try contact them and we have had absolutely no response. This has been an issue for weeks now. We have been charged for services that have not happened. We have bottles sitting in our office that need to be collected and we want to cancel our subscription ASAP. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

It took us 3 days to get through to their customer service team, only to be told that the order we expected two weeks ago would arrive next week. Instead of the 12 we had requested, we would only be getting 6 as they have a water shortage. Poor customer service, unreliable.
