“I have been waiting on the phone for over 50 minutes and no answer so far. There is no link for a live chat on their website, even though they are saying it over and over on their message. They say if I leave the queue they will call me tomorrow. Water has not been delivered for weeks. Used to be regular.”

“Shocking, a loyal member since 2021 monthly deliveries always. Now September, no water October states estimate 30th today 31st, Attempted to get an update spent 1 hour and 39 minutes on the phone for them to just hang up. Now on chat wait time is 74 minutes!!! This is really bad service, not being able to speak with someone. I have 12 empty bottle sitting there since September... And are they ever going to make a delivery????? Very, Very, Very BAD Customer Service”

“Still waiting for my new cooler as green slim is coming out cant drink it,so we are drinking water from the spring hole which tastes like mud,we don't have town water this is all we have !Iv called twice still nothing id rather mud taste then slime”

“I feel that there should be a term limit to the yearly charge of the cooler that is payed as we end up paying the cost of the cooler many times over. I mean you just put the water bottle price up which is already another monthly bill as it is then to be hit with this yearly cooler cost gets a bit much.”
