The delivery and water are as required, the Neverfail website and billing is not very good. When first logging in the invoice information always in incorrect (a month or two behind) and there is never a next delivery date on the notification or on the website. If you can find the delivery schedule there is no legend to advise what the coded dates are.

Been a long time customer. Service has been pretty good over the years including when I moved interstate although a regular turnover of coolers would have been good but thanks to an employee he encouraged me to get a new cooler.

I have only been with Never Fail for a short time so far have found them satisfactory I feel that the price is a little high compared to what I used to pay with another company.

Love the water,love the fridge, delivery men are very nice... just a problem in the beginning in the accounts overlooked payments but seem lately no problems

Love how quickly my water order is delivered. The bottles are very reasonable. Water cooler rental could be a bit less especially for long time, loyal customers.

Our original experience with Neverfail made has have significant hesitation as to whether to continue with the service. The service was pathetic and the whole feel was that Neverfail didn't want our business. HOWEVER, since a recent driver change in our area, we could not be happier. His customer service is second to none and is an absolute asset to your organisation. I could not compliment his efforts enough in bringing disengaged and comtemplating leaving customers make into the fold through quality service.

Very happy with the product and delivery service; however sometimes the invoicing system indicates we haven't paid our bill when we have paid it.

Used Neverfail for many years. Had in my offices in Brisbane and homes in Tenterfield and now Fern Bay. Never any problems. Very happy with the service

We are satisfied with the product and the customer service support staff. However the software application can be improved by making it more customer intuitive. I would like to be able to select a date when we require water to be delivered, to enter the number of bottles of water required, to receive a confirmation text and also to receive an SMS when the delivery will be made on the day so that we have sufficient time to put out the empty bottles for collection. Thanks

Been with Neverfail since they took over the other company we were with some 10 + years ago good people to work with Our Driver who brings our water always happy to call you back if you leave a message, Sadly my lady pass away so do not So I only need water every 3 months now very happy with these people
