Our original experience with Neverfail made has have significant hesitation as to whether to continue with the service. The service was pathetic and the whole feel was that Neverfail didn't want our business.
HOWEVER, since a recent driver change in our area, we could not be happier. His customer service is second to none and is an absolute asset to your organisation. I could not compliment his efforts enough in bringing disengaged and comtemplating leaving customers make into the fold through quality service.
