Shocking, a loyal member since 2021 monthly deliveries always. Now September, no water October states estimate 30th today 31st, Attempted to get an update spent 1 hour and 39 minutes on the phone for them to just hang up. Now on chat wait time is 74 minutes!!! This is really bad service, not being able to speak with someone. I have 12 empty bottle sitting there since September... And are they ever going to make a delivery????? Very, Very, Very BAD Customer Service
