Was a great company we have been receiving 3 bottles per month for 17years our town water is undrinkable .
We were charged twice for rental of the cooler which is a annual charge , trying repeatedly to contact them via phone no response live chat no response I think it is now a sham 🤔
Neverfail was taken over by another company 2 years ago since then deliveries are what you receive ,we currently have 7 empty 15lt.bottles not collected and having to purchase water from supermarket .
Shame on you neverfail 🤔
